Set up your organization
Make a running Fieldbook recognizable, choose how people enter it, and prepare its content and learning settings. Administrators manage these choices from Manage organization.
Identity and access
Sign in as an Administrator and open Account menu → Manage organization.
In Identity, set the installation name and choose its home page: Updates, Courses or Docs. A Docs home page needs a published article. Welcome text, accent color and card-artwork palette are optional choices. Save the settings to apply them.
In Access, choose public or members-only browsing and open or closed registration. A new installation defaults to public browsing and open registration. With closed registration, preregister each person's Google email in People before they sign in; no invitation email is sent. See Access and registration.
The installation name, welcome text and any published privacy link are visible before sign-in, including on members-only installations.
